These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites located at www.top10hrvoices.com, including any associated subdomains (e.g., cyprus.top10hrvoices.com), collectively referred to as the “Site,” operated by the Top10HRVoices initiative (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using this Site or submitting content to it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.
1. Nature of the Initiative
Top10HRVoices is an editorial and community recognition platform, designed to highlight impactful HR professionals via weekly features, culminating in public and jury-based awards events. It is currently operated by independent curators based in Cyprus and across the EU. It is not yet a registered legal entity or commercial business.
2. Eligibility
This Site is intended for users aged 18 and above who are either HR professionals, business leaders, L&D professionals, workplace culture specialists, or representatives of HR-related companies or academic institutions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Content Ownership (Site Materials)
All content published by Top10HRVoices (graphics, design, layout, wording, structure) is copyrighted and remains the exclusive property of the curators unless otherwise credited. You may not reuse or extract content without permission.
b. Contributor Submissions
You retain full moral authorship of any content you submit. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to edit (lightly), format, publish, archive, and repurpose your submission across:
- Our websites and subdomains
- Social platforms like LinkedIn or X
- Our official newsletter
- Event programs or digital archives
4. Submission Guidelines & Editorial Rights
- We reserve the right to accept, reject, or edit submissions at our discretion
- We do not tolerate hate speech, plagiarism, pseudoscience, or defamation
- You confirm that your content is original, legal, and ethical
5. No Commercial Services (Yet)
We currently operate as a non-commercial project. If in the future we introduce paid features (e.g., tickets, voting, sponsorships), they will be subject to separate terms and clearly disclosed in advance.
6. Site Access and Availability
We strive to ensure uptime and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or immunity from technical disruptions. We may suspend access for maintenance or redesign at any time.
7. User Conduct
- No malware, spam, scraping, or impersonation
- No harassment or abuse of contributors or team
- Violations may lead to immediate removal and legal action
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Use of the Site is at your own risk. Inclusion on this platform does not imply endorsement or employment.

We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Use external links at your own discretion.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Cyprus law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
