1. Nature of the Initiative
Top10HRVoices is an editorial and community recognition platform, designed to highlight impactful HR professionals via weekly features, culminating in public and jury-based awards events. It is currently operated by independent curators based in Cyprus and across the EU. It is not yet a registered legal entity or commercial business.

This Site is intended for users aged 18 and above who are either:Human Resource professionals
Business leaders, L&D professionals, or workplace culture specialists
Representatives of HR-related companies or academic institutions_3. Intellectual Property Rights

Content Ownership (Site Materials)All content published by Top10HRVoices (graphics, design, layout, wording, structure) is copyrighted and remains the exclusive property of the curators unless otherwise credited.You may not reuse, republish, scrape, or extract any content from this Site without prior written permission.b. Contributor SubmissionsWhen you submit content (article, headshot, quote, biography, etc.) for consideration:You retain full moral authorship of your piece.
However, by submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

Format
Publish
Archive
Repurpose your content within newsletters, print, awards nominations, promotional assets, or event-related materials
Feature your name, likeness, and short quote publicly
This includes publication on:Top10HRVoices.com and its subdomains
LinkedIn, X, and social platforms
Our official newsletter
Event programs and digital archives
We will never sell your submission or assign it to a third party without your explicit consent.

4. Submission Guidelines & Editorial Rights
We reserve the right to:Accept or reject submissions at our sole discretion
Edit for grammar, clarity, formatting, or alignment with platform tone
Decline pieces that include: hate speech, discriminatory language, pseudoscience, plagiarism, political propaganda, or confidential data without consent
Withhold publication without explanation
You confirm that all submitted content is:Your original work
Not infringing on any copyright or intellectual property
Free of defamation or confidential information_5. No Commercial Services (Yet)
As of the effective date, Top10HRVoices does not charge contributors or users.
In the future, we may introduce:
Paid event tickets
Sponsorship opportunities
Digital archive access
Voting registration fees
These offerings, if launched, will be governed under separate commercial terms and clearly disclosed in advance.

We strive to keep the Site live and secure, but we cannot guarantee:
Uninterrupted availability
Error-free code
Protection from force majeure, hacking, or host failures
We may alter or suspend parts of the Site without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or strategy shifts.
